Hi!

I'm trying to reply to comments via email but the comments are not posting. This is happening from my phone and my laptop on multiple RP accounts!

It's my primary way of replying to RP comments so this is quite frustrating and any help you could provide would be massively appreciated! This is not my primary journal -- I don't know if that makes a difference.

I'm very sorry for the delay in responding to your request. It took us a few days to track down what was happening and figure out why the emailed comments were not being processed correctly.

The good news is that the problem should now be fixed. The bad news is that the comments that were emailed in the meantime were lost and will need to be sent again.
