site layout breaking

Hello. For a few days now, the site interface has been breaking on my end. The header part won't show properly and when I go into posts, it completely loses any layout style. This happens regardless of whether I access the site from mobile or desktop. Hoping I can get some help on this because as it is, the layout breaking is making the site very difficult to use!
