Summary:
Can't get multiple post-headers to work in email posting.
Original Request:
Hello,
I'm really struggling to figure out how to get post-headers to work when posting via email.
First I tried to post a private entry following the formatting indicated in the FAQ, with the post-header at the beginning of the email, with a blank line between it and the text of the entry,
"post-security: private
[text]
--"
And I got the following error message in return:
"There was an error during your email posting:
Access group(s) "private[text]--" not found. Your journal entry was posted to the other groups, or privately if no groups exist."
I did manage to solve this by putting the entry text in the email in proper HTML formatting, between paragraph tags and all.
But when I tried to at the same time set a different icon for the post, using the recommended formatting:
"post-icon: Keyword
post-security: private
[properly HTML formatted entry text]"
I get this error message:
"There was an error during your email posting:
Client error: Missing required argument(s)"
The keyword I used is the proper keyword for the icon I wanted to set, I checked. I can't make sense of why this doesn't work. Please help? Thank you.
(For the record I am using the default Samsung Email app, in case the problem is with how it handles email body formatting.)
Diagnostics: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 9; Mobile; rv:97.0) Gecko/97.0 Firefox/97.0

Hi there -
So sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still having this issue posting by email? We've had some code changes pushed through that may have resolved this.
Grazie,
H2

Hello!
Thank you so much for your response. I tried to send the same emails as I did last time.
I received the same error message as before for the non-HTML-formatted emails. (One almost immediately m, one after 45 minutes.)
I did not receive an error message for the email with a single post-header followed by HTML-formatted text, which had posted correctly last time, but this time it didn't post anything to my journal (or maybe hasn't yet, it has been about an hour).
I received an error message for the email with multiple post headers that read "Client error: This journal is temporarily in read-only mode. Try again in a couple minutes.", after half an hour; probably a result of sending too many emails in too short a time.

Update: I have now (an hour and a half later) received an error message for the email with a single post-header followed by HTML-formatted text, it now gives me the same error message I got for the email without the HTML formatting:
"There was an error during your email posting:
Access group(s) "private[text]--" not found. Your journal entry was posted to the other groups, or privately if no groups exist."
