can't turn off notifications
Original Request:
despite several attempts to un-track a post, through the hover menu and the "more options" page, i'm still getting email and inbox notifications of comments on a post i've made

even when i just try to opt to "inbox only" and not email, i get both

Hi there -

So sorry for the delay in getting a response to you. We've had several code updates that may have resolved this. Are you still experiencing this issue?

Grazie,
H2

(sorry for the mixup there, i clicked the wrong dang thing)
(and don't worry, you guys are rocking a whole bunch of stuff at the same time, i know it's gotta be crazy on that end)

but yes! i'm still experiencing it. most recently on a post put up 2022-04-25 09:42 pm (https://messnet.dreamwidth.org/1343.html) - it's another rp account of mine. it's the same thing - short of going to the overall notification settings and turning off "Someone replies to my entry in a community" entirely, i can't turn off notifs to a post i put up on a comm. the entry's "track this" icon and the more options thereof keep refreshing back to the on ticky-box even directly after clicking it off.

Hi there -

If you open the tracking page in a private tab or in your browser with all of the extensions turned off, do you still have the same problem? This will help us narrow down if it's a browser extension/add-on issue or something else.

Grazie,
H2
