Summary:
Allow embeds from coub.com
Original Request:
A Coub can be seen as "animated GIF with audio".
A typical embed looks like this:
<iframe src="//coub.com/embed/3l67l?muted=false&autostart=false&originalSize=false&startWithHD=false" allowfullscreen="true" frameborder="0" width="640" height="264"></iframe>
Note, for some reason they omit the protocol in URL by default. E.g., if you go to the Web page http://coub.com/view/3l67l and click Embed button, the default embed code is missing the protocol. And, I suppose, most of the users would leave it the way it is.
Diagnostics: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0

Hi bytebuster,
We should be able to add support for this in the future. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
The reason the protocol is omitted is to allow the request to use either HTTP or HTTPS depending on what the source page is using.
