Original Request:

There is a design of page which features a footer with links to "Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Diversity Statement, Guiding Principles, Site Map, Make a Suggestion, Open Source, Help" and then features a copyright notice of "Copyright © 2009 Dreamwidth Studios, LLC. All rights reserved." As it's now 2010, does this need to be updated to reflect the new year and ensure that - theoretically - copyright does not needlessly expire a year earlier than it might have to?
