Can't log in on exactly one of my accounts

You must log in to answer Support requests.
I don't know why, but I am unable to sign into my account "rikoren", whether on VPN or off, using LJ Juggler or Journal Genie or manually logging in. I've tested a couple of other accounts without issue, so I genuinely have no idea what's wrong; I tried the "change password" option after two tries yesterday, only to input the new password and be told I'd been temporarily locked out of my account. I have since managed to successfully change it, but even now, when I try to log in the screen simply seems to refresh as if I hadn't entered anything at all.
