Issues with icons not loading

Hi! For the past week or so, I've had an issue (across all accounts, on different devices and browsers) where icons won't load. Refreshing does nothing, and clicking where the icon should be sometimes leads to a guru meditation error. Clearing cookies and such hasn't seemed to help.

Are there any steps I should take on my end to try to resolve this?
