Unable to edit Mini Bio

Hello! I'm trying to update the bio of my community podfic-bingo, but when I click edit, the Mini Bio section has this message written in red: "Your stored bio contains invalid characters. You must visit the conversion page to convert it to Unicode." The conversion page is a link, but when I click it, that page is a 404. Is there another way I can edit or even clear this bio so I can re-write it? Many thanks!
