Can't upload GIF

I have a paid account.

Trying to upload a 210mb GIF.

Neither drag&drop nor browse for file work at https://www.dreamwidth.org/file/edit. I go through the motions and DW flashes the "no file selected" to something else too quickly to read, then shows "no file selected"

Tried in Firefox 127 and Safari 17.5
