When I try to reply to a comment by e-mail using Russian, I can not include the subject longer that approx. 10 symbols. Others get truncated.

At the same time, English subject of any length is OK.

Probably, parsing of an e-mail header

  =?utf-8?Q?=D1=8B=D0=B3=D0=BE=D0=B4=D0=B0=3F?=

is broken somehow. Your parser seems to understand plain text only (or the single line of a long header value).
