can't untrack a thread

Original Request:

Despite attempting multiple times to untrack a thread, I'm still getting notifs. I've tried both selecting the little bell and unticking the 'e-mail me when there's an update' option, and going into More Options and doing it there. Neither one seems to stick.

It's not life and death but it's annoying :[
