Summary:
Add support for IndieAuth
Original Request:
OpenID 1.x is pretty much no longer supported by anyone, and moving to OpenID 2/OpenID Connect requires some rather onerous things that make it not very useful for the general purpose. It would be nice if Dreamwidth supported IndieAuth as both a provider and a consumer, in addition to OpenID.

The protocol is sorta-documented at http://indieweb.org/IndieAuth (the tl;dr is that it's OAuth but it uses the site's URL as the client ID with some mechanism for exchanging the secret that I haven't actually read enough up on). As a provider, there are also various proxies that make it easier to provide an IndieAuth identity on top of the existing OpenID provider, which would at least allow Dreamwidth users to sign in to IndieAuth sites.
