I am constantly being logged out

I am being logged out almost every time I visit DW even though I check the ticky to stay logged in. This is in the same browser on my smartphone.

I've seen reports of a few other people also struggling with this, but we don't know the reason yet. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I have now cleared my cache but I still got logged out again soon after l, so the cache didn't fix it.
