Summary:
[mark] Some icons not imported
Original Request:
I have twice selected "import icons" in the importer, trying to move my icons over from my LiveJournal account. In both cases, 4 of my 59 icons did not come over. One of these is my default icon.
What's interesting is that it looks like all the information associated with the icons did come over: their keywords show up in the Manage Icons screen and the posts I imported display the appropriate icon keywords -- just not the actual graphics.
I have tried to individually upload these images using the same keywords, from the Manage Icons screen. That didn't work, either.
Is there a fix for this?

Dear Laura,
Some other people are having the same problem you're having with your icons, and we're still looking into it and trying to figure out what the common thread is among the people who are having problems. Can you let me know if you got any failures for your icon import in your Inbox, and if so, what they were?
I'll have Mark take a look in the database and see what the result of the jobs were, but it will take him a couple of days before he'll be able to look into it, and having the error message (if any) might help me diagnose it sooner.
Best,
Denise

Dear Laura,
We've fixed the issue that was causing this, so if you re-run your import now, it should get all of your icons for you. We're looking into how we can automatically fix it for everyone who was affected, as well.
Best,
Denise

I just re-imported my icons but I have the same problem as before: the same four icons are missing, though their keywords show up.
This is still happening. Just to clarify, I am not receiving any error messages when I use the importer: it reports that all my icons came over successfully. But those same four LJ userpics just refuse to show up.
Dear Laura,
Thank you so much for your patience with this -- we're still trying to squash the last few bugs with the importer. Do your keywords for those icons have any special characters, underscores, or UTF-8 symbols in them?
Best,
Denise

No, no special characters or anything. The keywords in question are "kitchen" (for my default), "vidding", "frell", and "buffy". They are the first four icons in my list, both in LJ and on DW -- I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
Just wanted to record that this is fixed! I deleted the four icons in question and did another import, and they all came over this time.
Thanks again for your help!
