Summary:
Mood images don't show up on crossposts
Original Request:
I have a custom mood theme hosted on my website that I use on both DW and LJ. When I crosspost to my LJ via the web interface, the mood picture appears on the DW post but not on the LJ post, where only the mood name appears (e.g., "curious"). However, if I edit the LJ entry directly - even if I do nothing other than enter the editor and then hit save - the mood will appear.

Examples of no mood picture on LJ:

Examples of mood picture appearing on LJ, because I edited the post:

Hi isis,

The issue you describe is a known issue. The Dreamwidth Development team is working to resolve it, though I do not have an estimated date of completion at this time. Thank you for your bug report!

For future reference, the FAQs often have information about known issues. I've referenced the relevant FAQ in case you want to take a look.

Best,
    Kat
