DISPLAY: There are display problems with imported icons with non-ASCII comments.
Issue
If you import icons with non-ASCII/UTF-8 characters in comments, those characters will not display correctly. You may end up with a bunch of gibberish words and characters that don't make any sense. For example, é may display as "é".
Workaround
To fix this, correct the comments on the Manage Icons page.

- Go to the Manage Icons page.
- Edit the comments that didn't import correctly.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit save.
