Gmail is not threading comment emails properly.
Issue
Gmail is not threading comment conversations originating on Dreamwidth in the same manner that it does for LiveJournal. We are unsure as to why this is happening, but are looking into it.
Workaround
The best workaround right now is to ask your commenters to put a subject heading into their comments. This usually resolves the problem, but since it relies on other users doing what you ask, it is not always reliable.
