[action - lobby] - 01 Krypton

[This teen is pretty tall for his age and his upper back is pretty solid in the black shirt with the red S shield he's wearing, no one could miss him (unless they were purposefully ignoring him). He doesn't look too impressed, either, more confused than angry (his short temper and anger issues will crop up soon enough!) as he glares down at the directory with a furrowed brow. He folds his arms across his chest and only grows all the more frustrated as his eyes dart over the screen to better understand the layout of the map laid out in front of him.

Too bad Robin wasn't around to help him, that kid was so tech savvy that Superboy sometimes wondered if the Boy Wonder had been born for just that purpose alone, to understand computers and software.

But how did he come to be here in the first place? They had just left Bialya. Everyone was preparing to head home for a good night's rest. Closed his eyes and bam, Superboy found himself not in his usual closet where he had stood asleep hours ago but in some strange and unfamiliar place.

[ Kiden watches him glare a hole into the directory for a bit, just puffing on her cigarette. ]

You're new. [ Not a question, but there's some openeness in her expression--well, you have to shift aside the unpleasant amusement first--that suggests she might actually answer questions. ]

[ An eyeroll. ]

Someone in the same boat as you, so chill. [ Her eyes slide from him to the directory he's glowering at. ] What are you looking for?

[ She strides up, poking her index finger to the front entrance. ]

Main exit's this way. Leads into town. [ She looks up--way up--at him, mouth twisted unhappily. ] If you're looking for a different kind of 'way out', though, don't hold your breath.

Because no one's figured a way back to our worlds yet. I've met people who've been here for months.

[ Discouraging, but whatever. ]
