welcome to mayfield: day 3

[Those who wake up in the town on the third day will soon notice that something's definitely off. The cracks in the sky are appearing more frequently and lasting for minutes at a time, and there's a strange white fog drifting over the clouds.
For those who've just arrived, welcome to our new little town! We're sure you're glad to see your missing friends again; nothing to worry about here, they've just been too busy enjoying the upgraded carnival to go back home. Any bleeding limbs or serious wounds you may spot are obviously just a sign of how much fun they've been having.]
OOC: If your character damages or affects the carnival or town in a noticeable and normally permanent way, please comment here.
FUNHOUSE
[Feel free to re-enter the funhouse. If you search hard enough, you may even be able to get past the funhouse into the main area you explored before. But there seems to be something moving in the utter pitch darkness...]
((OOC: If your character makes it past the hall of mirrors, please put MAIN AREA in the header.))

Re: main area
H-hijiri, what are...you...doing?
[In between her fever and the darkness, these haphazard spells were the last thing that she needed.]

Wait. No. She can't approach it. She can't. Like hell it's something normal. It's not a normal kid, it can't be, not now...
She settles for taking a few steps backwards, taking another ball of fire to her hand.]

Using a knife, he's carving arrows into whatever he can to make markers leading back to the entrance. Hopefully he won't get lost like last time.]

MAIN AREA
She's taking her time. She has a knife, she has her wits, she has sated herself on rat blood, and she's sure that she can face whatever bullshit awaits inside. At the very least, she's sure that she can find her way back out again if worse comes to worst.
So, past wobbling steps. Past unstable rooms. Past confusing mirrors. All the while leaving the occasional smudge of charcoal to mark the way she came. The way lead ever-onwards. She'd walk onwards, and see what there was to see.]
hope you don't mind!
So he follows her quietly, mostly interested in what he will find through following her. He can always get out if he needs to. Though at the same time, he isn't making any real attempt to stay hidden.]
I don't mind at all!

Except now... she had to investigate. She just had to. She was injured, and she wanted to get out of this place before something even worse happens to her.
So in the dim light of the funhouse, Tokiomi might notice a figure limping along, completely silent. Approach? Shoot?

Re: FUNHOUSE
So...despite the obvious paranoia written on Crona's face, back into the funhouse we go. This scenery looks just...all too familiar. It was as if Crona were firmly back home within the reaches of insanity.
Ragnarok, of course, just continues to push the kid on. He wants to get out of what he is referring to as "freak town."]
Re: FUNHOUSE
lol, I guess I should have mentioned Ragnarok can't manifest yet...whoops
This was more my derp considering I know the series. orz
Nah, I need to remember people don't automatically know these things
MAIN AREA
so here's Charles, being slightly less destructive and only tipping over a mirror every now and then to indicate the direction they had come from rather than trying to blaze a trail. he pauses once he comes to what appears to be the last line of mirrors, looking surprised.]
...Hm. I didn't think there would actually be an end to this.
no subject
[He'd been unsuccessful, so far, in finding Lucas, if the boy was even here anymore. No sign of Belgium or Hilda either.
Still, after hearing of others being attacked, Charles was even more of a desirable person to have around. If they could keep the snarking to a minimum, they might even get along.]

Aieeeeeeeeee! Stupid, stupid, stupid town!
[The first thing he does is look around frantically for Ilsa.]
Ilsa?
Ilsa!
Red flame and blue lightning!
[Anyone want to bring him up to speed? He doesn't know it's been days since he lost his sweetie in the Funhouse.]

FUNHOUSE A
It was almost disappointing to see that it was just plain old panic.]
...you. You, too. You've gone and stumbled in...
[This man was Ilsa's, wasn't he? Not that she cares very much, judging by the expression on her face.]
