[Ronan didn't hesitate. Almost as soon as they arrived, he was making arrangements and picking out a plot of land. No payment necessary as long as he agreed to feed the locals? Fine. Perfect. He'd signed whatever he had to and picked out his favorite place in the lot, then he'd laid down in the grass and dreamt.
When he closed his eyes, he wasn't sure what he would build. The idea of "home" conjured up so many images in his mind. He thought of the Barns, of course, but also of Henrietta as a whole. He thought of Monmouth Manufacturing and dusty old books and the scent of mint. He thought of St. Agnes and its magnificent stained glass and the cramped coziness of Adam's bedroom above the office. He found Cabeswater sprouting up in the strangest places as the landscape shifted around him, spilling out of the walls and claiming rooms all for its own. Corridors and staircases emerged out of his memories, leading him through a maze of rooms both familiar and not-quite. In the end, when Ronan stepped outside to take a look at his work, he found he'd made himself a palace of nostalgia. Then he imagined a set of house keys, turned the lock of the front door, and woke up.
Ronan woke with his head resting on the welcome mat, sprawled across the front steps, gazing up at the spire of what he would dub St. Monmouth. It would be the main building of several he'd end up creating. Their new home.
Like God, he didn't rest for several days. Every time he shut his eyes, he devoted himself to dreaming something new. A farm needed animals and crops and barns and feed and equipment. Home needed streams and fish and bridges and flower gardens and glittering lights. He let his imagination run wild, and this meant that his dream things often emerged strange and senseless, but that reminded him of his father, which made the place more beautiful.
When he was finally satisfied - although not completely finished - he invited the others to join him.]
Adam Parrish / OTA
[ Adam honestly is happy to have this space. The farm with all that it encompassed is sprawling, of course, and there are lots of places that are comfortable but having a place that's his is important -- not that he minds people in it most of the time but it still belonged to him. It's not quite as rundown as his actual room in St. Agnes but it still feels a lot like a home -- a home he'd worked hard for, even if he'd had help (unasked for).
There's a sense of peace when he's there, though. He has a bowl in there that's set up for scrying and more often than not there's an animal or two in with him as well, but he doesn't keep them confined and even if they usually prefer sticking with Adam they wander often enough.
If someone ventures in, he's either reading -- studying, really -- or doing tarot spreads. What he really wishes is for a book or something or someone that could help him become better at understanding the tarot readings, understanding his own magic. ]
Eating - here
[ After a rather long day at work where Adam had forgotten to bring lunch he beelines straight for the fridge to get out whatever is handy -- some kind of pasta. He doesn't bother heating it up as he carries it over to the table, digging in.
He's still in grease-stained clothes and his hands aren't much better off. ]
Nature - here
[ The weather is nice and so often on Adam's days off he's outside. His pets have followed him laying out in the grass or playing with each other for the time being. He's content to sit in the middle of the strange structure that he'd found one day and been instantly attached to. He always brings a book and a notebook and his tarot cards...
But most often he just sits or lays there, staring upward at the way, during the day, sun filters in in beautiful patterns. At night the light inside of it creates a warm atmosphere. He could probably fall asleep there and probably would eventually.
Most importantly, here, is where he comes to continue trying to find answers to the long-term problems faced by the fact that Ronan still thinks he's dying. Adam has to find a way to stop it. ]
Wildcard
[Feel free to do something random!]
Closed to Noah -- hope the assumptions are ok?
Noah doesn't have that problem and it's a little bit annoying!!! ]
Okay, not everyone can just ghost teleport or whatever.
[ Maybe a running jump would suffice ]
ya it's cool he is a little shit
It's not that far. You can make it.
[Probably.]
...But just in case, you know how to swim, right?
no subject
If I can't then we might end up with two ghosts haunting this place.
[ He crosses his arms, trying to make mental calculations on how to get the best possible jump to not end up in the water. ]
no subject
Don't even joke.
I don't think it's super deep though. [He leans forward, squinting to try and see through the greenish water to the bottom. It's... hard to say. He could jump in and check -- not like it matters if it's over his head -- but he'd rather not if he can avoid it. It's not like this is an emergency. Adam's just being a baby about getting wet. He looks up again and shrugs.]
You should back up and just run at it.

He's shirtless and in loose athletic pants, waiting for Ronan to come join him after finishing whatever he'd been doing that afternoon. ]

Spotting Adam on the bed, he smiles and shuts the door.]
You look comfortable.
no subject
The bed's nice. [ It smells like Ronan. ]
no subject
Glad it's up to standard.
[He dips down to press a kiss to Adam's lips, sprinkling him with droplets of water that roll off his skin.]

So, he's waiting at the entrance to the property for him. Before the visit is over he hopes to be able to provide him with a kitten if he still wants one too! ]
i am here /poses
When he spots Adam standing in front of an old, intricate looking iron door, the blue boy perks and raises a hand in greeting. He picks up the pace of his walk until he's only an arms-length away from his friend, fangs gleaming in a vivacious grin.
If he'd had more nerve or knew if Adam would be okay with it, he might have moved closer, went in for a hug or something, but he's not sure how the other male would react. So, he decides against it - for now.] Adam, this ... this place is amazing!
no subject
I can't take any credit for it. [ Everything here is Ronan's creation. Beside him there's a little lamb poking half hiding behind his leg and looking at the newcomer curiously. ]
Glad you made it.
no subject
Not even a little bit? [From the corner of his eye, he sees the tiny animal and has to bite back a gasp of surprise. As badly as he wants to kneel down and try to coax the lamb to him, the blue boy knows he has to resist - no reason in frightening the poor thing.]
Oh, thank you for inviting me! It's nice to see you again.

wildcaaard
ronan, he finds, is already out doing early morning farmer things. jesse's seemed very confined to himself, so andyr doesn't bother him. it's adam he finds, still curled up in bed - no work for him today.
carefully, trying to stay quiet, andyr makes his way in, pausing to scratch at skippy's ears as he passes the little lamb curled up near the bed. he tries not to wake him, crawling up onto the edge of the mattress, and curls up there, on top of the covers, but he just wants to have another body present. to be able to hear his breathing and have something that places him, moors him, in this home. not house - home - and that makes all the difference. ]
no subject
So, it's not really Andyr's fault that him crawling into the bed instantly wakes Adam up. He's still groggy and still wishing he was asleep but he shifts closer to the suorce of body heat that it's not hard to identify as Andyr. He smells different than Ronan for one thing. He shifts to turn toward him, eyes cracked open halfway.
He doesn't say anything, merely eyes him as if trying to figure out what drew him here. ]
no subject
Sorry. [ Andyr murmurs quietly, an apology for waking him. On the one hand, Adam has moved closer to him, so maybe this is alright, but on the other, there's that nervousness that he's uninvited here, chewing a lip and he adds on. ]
Want me to go?
no subject
There's enough room under the blankets for you.
[ Adam sleeps pretty fully clothed, a wifebeater and shorts, not really comfortable in a house with so many people to be anything but decent at practically all times. He's not sure why Andyr got into the bed but it doesn't bother him, not even that he woke up but as long as he's not having to get out of bed he's content. ]

nature
Of course, he see, as he heads down to the grassy path towards it, that someone else is already there. His stomach does a small churning knot when he approaches nearer and sees that it's Adam. Having been catching up on much needed sleep for the better part of almost a week, he has conveniently been able to avoid Adam... until now, it would seem. He can't very well turn around and head back to the building, either - that would make it seem like he is avoiding Adam.
So, he continues ahead, slowing down once he has reached the weird gazebo structure. He loiters there on the spot for a moment, watching Adam engrossed in... What are those things? Tarot cards? ]
Hey.
[ Quietly announcing his presence while he pushes his hands into the pockets of his baggy jeans, standing just at the entrance. ]
no subject
He doesn't expect to see him here though and Adam hadn't noticed any avoidance since he's not particularly inclined to be social either. ]
Hey. [ Adam says, glancing up from the cards before pulling the spread back. He was a bit aimless with it and it's pretty useless at the moment and he knows that but it's like he kept laying them out hoping for a magical answer to dawn. ]
What's up?
no subject
[ He offers Adam a crooked, thin-lipped smile. Hopefully it looks friendly rather than awkward. Hands still in his pockets, he takes a couple of strolling steps into the gazebo, peering down at the cards Adam is gathering together. ]

Excuse me. [ There's an almost apologetic look on his face at having interrupted whatever Adam might be doing. ] Do you know if Andyr lives here?
no subject
Yeah. Who are you? [ He's a little suspicious. He really can't be blamed. ]
NSFW; V-DAY - dat one shower thing we were going to do : D
he'll still be getting them something in return, though it'll take some time to do it right. there's some ideas, but first, andyr wants to be certain to thank them properly. the first time he passes by ronan's room, there's the sound of them getting their own illicit thank yous out, so he leaves them be, a small, knowing smirk on his lips. when he makes it back, they'd just left the bedroom proper, and he hears the water in the adjacent shower being turned on.
andyr leaves a trail of clothes over ronan's floor, mixed in with the others' as well, as he makes his way towards the bathroom, feet padding across the tile before he slides his way into the generous, spacious shower. ] Don't wash yet.
[ Said to adam, as he stands under the spray, the necklace adam'd gifted him hanging around his throat, and lower, the dogtags he never takes off. the necklace will be treated the same. hands on adam's shoulders, he turns him to face ronan, chest to chest, as andyr lowers to his knees behind him, hair soaking in the warmth of the shower spray. andyr's lips trail open mouthed kisses across the back of his hip, and lower, hands cupping the firm globes of his ass, as he starts to part the cheeks. ]
no subject
Adam inhales sharply when Andyr parts his cheeks, shifting to lean into Ronan more. He presses his face brief against Ronan's shoulder, the sensitive entrance twitches a little once his cheeks are spread. ]
Jesus [ Because by now he's already figured out what Andyr is planning to do. ]
no subject
...Oh.
[He watches Andyr over Adam's shoulder, one hand coming to rest on Adam's hip to support him in case he gets weak in the knees, the other running fingers through Adam's wet hair.
Is Andyr really going to..? After they just..?]
