"Each of us needs to withdraw from the cares which will not withdraw from us."
☄ B.E.A.C.H! THE BEST ESCAPE ANYONE CAN HAVE! For those seeking a fun time, the Collective offers a variety of activities on ASH3. There are multiple beaches to enjoy as well as beachside kiosks offering drinks, beach toys and surf equipment for those a little more sports-minded. The tide washes in beautiful shells to collect, and there are always life-guards on duty to make sure everyone stays safe while enjoying their time on the beach. ASH3 offers a safe and friendly environment with plenty of fun in the sun for everyone. There is also a boardwalk full of restaurants, bars and plenty of games and entertainment for when you want to step off the sand but don’t want to give up being out in the sun.For those who can’t or won’t bear the sun, ASH3 also offers a thriving night life on both beach and boardwalk. There are midnight boat tours to view the bioluminescent schools of fish native to the island and bonfire dance parties that go long into the mornings. On the boardwalk, all shops are open until midnight as well as many clubs and social spots where crew can mingle with other tourists in the area. ☄ WHEN I SHOP, THE WORLD GETS BETTER Not everyone enjoys shopping, but this Collective entices even the most frugal and reluctant into spending their credits here. In fact, the Captains are encouraging this. They give the explicit “order” to buy whatever you want for yourself and your fellow crew members, but more than that, to consider making purchases to better the ship. Is there any area of the Moira that needs spruced up? Maybe some fresh paint in the mess hall,or new furniture in the decks? Maybe some fancy curtains for all those windows on the observation deck, or a few throw pillows? New pots and pans for the kitchen might be something to add to this list as well as equipment for the rec area, or whatever else you think BF3 will have to help increase comfort aboard the Moira. ☄ TREAT YO SELF The accommodations on the Collective of CLF5 are as unique as they come. Lodging is available for those who want to sleep in an environment that’s underwater or perhaps those who desire something as simple as a soft bed. No matter what kind of room you want to purchase for the night, it’ll be available here, and the only true limit is the imagination. When you aren’t relaxing in a hotel room, you’ll find that there are numerous spas and hair salons that offer varied services. Gold face masks rejuvenate your skin, the Ever Young™ Spa can make you look ten years younger with one treatment, and the mud baths are known across the universes for making you feel youthful and refreshed. If you’re looking for a new hairstyle or to relax, this Collective is the place for you to spend those hard-earned credits. |
Daisy Johnson | Agents of SHIELD | OTA
[The first day is rough for Daisy is particularly rough, to say the least. So much was going on back home and now she's here with seemingly no way out. She isn't very comforted by the fact that time seemingly stops back home, because if she ever were to make it back, she could be years older than when she left.
The only 'good' thing was the fact that Daisy had been beaten up so badly just before she was abducted and now everything was healed.
Be prepared to be stopped by her, a lot, as she tries to figure out this ship.]
Not in Kansas anymore(EXPLORING THE RESORT):
The people who have been here a while seem to be making do with what they have, and can't stop talking about the resort they have landed on. Of course Daisy is curious about being on a different planet, which is why she opts to go out and explore. Part of her still believes this is some sort of dream/nightmare that she's expecting to wake up from soon.
Daisy can't help but think of Fitz especially, considering all this technology she's never even seen before. It is pretty damn amazing. She's checking out all areas of this odd resort, trying to wrap her head around all of it. Maybe not the best idea considering she's only been there for about a two, but the idea of being stuck in a space ship also freaked her out just a bit. Or, you know, a lot.
The first thing she does, after finding out she has no spending limit, is get food. Which she hasn't eaten in about a day, and it shows with the amount of things she got to try. Surprisingly it didn't taste weird at all. It actually tasted pretty good.
Desperate for some normal clothes, Daisy goes shopping right after she's done eating. Probably not the best idea with the food baby she has going on, but she manages to find a few things that she actually likes. She spends a lot of time at the beach but once she finds the heat to be obnoxious she does end up going to the slopes and probably has just a little bit too much hot chocolate.
Hearing about the bonfire parties that she missed out on the first day on the resort, Daisy does end up going there because, well, when in Rome? She's a pretty social person, and also may be dropping subtle(they aren't subtle) hints that she wants to know everything about this place and if people are actually happy.]
Wildcard:
[Want a starter? PM/Plurk me and we'll figure something out!]
Arrival
She isn't heartless, though, and when Daisy stops her in the hall, she complies without any attitude.]
Can I help you with something?

If only she can will Sam and the others to be here. If only she can pray hard enough to whatever multiversal gods actually give a crap about the desires of a dhampir...
Needless to say, she's a little bit distracted and nearly plows down a new girl.]

But he's ready to see a lot of confused faces, and get a lot of questions too, particularly when people learn he was the one who wrote the introductory file. When he turns a corner, on his way to his bedroom to change into his beachwear before heading down to the resort, he doesn't mind it at all when he's stopped by a new face. And very noticeably a new arrival. ]

WHAT UP, DAISY? explorin'
[ Loki should learn to keep his comments to himself, but he hardly knows anyone here. He may as well poke fun at anyone in his general vicinity either out of boredom in his own solitude or for the Hel of it.
While Daisy is sure to recognize him, though he won't have a clue who she is, he's noticeably younger. Less aged by his own rage and spending time off-realm with a Mad Titan. In fact, he almost looks amicable compared to the terror of a personality he'll unleash in the future on Midgard.
Don't mind him, he's just going to swipe a sampling of something off her plate before he goes to find a menu of his own. It's not as if she should mind what with the money she's spending not being hers. ]

Chair squeaking loudly as she pushed it back in shock, Daisy ignored the fact that it just fell to the floor loudly. Her focus solely on the man in front of her. Her fear quickly gave way to anger, which is what made her raise her hand without a second thought in order to use her power to send him flying if he wasn't prepared.]

shopping
She's already got a shopping bag with a few things in it, but she's busy perusing racks of clothes when she catches one of the new arrivals out of the corner of her eye. Taking a moment to move around the racks, she bumps Daisy with her bag.
"Sorry." There's an apologetic smile with it.

shopping
[Someone's certainly enthusiastic about shopping. It was always something that Karen enjoyed, it's just that her paycheck (or at times, lack thereof) at Nelson and Murdock meant that most of her shopping lately has been window shopping.
But now she has a credit card, and there's all these places to buy things, and they make it so easy. Karen looks over at the young woman at her side, smile still bright.]
Sorry, it just feels like a million years since I've been able to buy a new dress.

Well, hopefully not actually a million years, right?

Exploring (bonfires)
So he was there at a gathering, keeping to the outskirts while also keeping his eyes peeled for anything unusual or even slightly interesting. He was circling around the edges of the crowd of people when he spotted someone not that far away from him. Wandering in circles wasn't accomplishing much of anything, so he took a chance and approached. ]
Hey. You, uh, been here long?
[ He hoped it was obvious he wasn't talking about how long she'd been at the party. He figured she could tell that, but occasionally, it was hard to tell with people. ]

Looking up when someone asked her a question, Daisy took the beer away from her mouth to answer him.]
A day. What about you?

bonfire
At a distance, he watches those gathering around the roaring bonfire, and when he turns to leave, he notices something on the ground. A quick manipulation of the Force and suddenly he's in possession of someone's displaced credit card.
A raised eyebrow and a glance around leads him to Daisy, who just happens to be the closest person to him. ]

She already felt weak from the cryo itself, add in that her exercise routine was neglected for three weeks? She knew better, she knew she should probably be resting and enjoying the beach, but instead, she went to the training simulation room. At the very least, she had it set to something simple. She may be pushing herself, but she wasn't stupid, either.
When Daisy stumbles across the training room in her exploits, she'll find Peggy there alone, taking it out on a poor, defenseless punching bag.]
