So far only mechs joined the Police Force but applications are always open sir, and I know that Mr. 004 is applying for the Committee. He's a cyborg, which means he's part human.

Is not that we wanted the committee and law force to be exclusively consisted of mechs, it's that no humans showed interest in joining when the positions were announced. You are, of course, allowed to apply for it if you wish.
