I guess while there's not some huge disaster going on we could talk about. Stuff?

I kind of have a thing. For all three of you. Surpriiiiise Percy... And uh. Look I know I kinda flipped out last time, but I'm starting to feel better and I'd like to discuss it.

It is awkward, but necessary.

I really just want to clear the air. There's so much uncertainty in this place, unknown danger and enemies... [He sounds weary, maybe a touch sad, but there's still a thread of hope in his voice.] We don't need that in our friendships too.

I can't do a whole lot about the former, but the latter, at least I can try.

At this point I'm not even certain how to pick the misunderstandings and uncertainties apart.

At the spark of it, I know that no harm was meant. And I know, now, that it was before Drift and I made a commitment.

Could communication have been better? Yes. But I harbor no ill will against either of you for it. Please...there's enough pain in life without all this.

Honestly though, it's understandable given the information you had.

I've never been any good at any of this. I was a fool for becoming involved in the first place.

No one really starts off that way though, you learn as you go.

And really, if you attract people regardless of that, [a smile in his voice again] it means you have something truly genuine to offer.
