The Lucetian X-Files
Welcome to the Lucetian X-Files, as compiled by Special Agent Fox Mulder. This is his attempt to research Luceti and uncover the truth behind its mysteries.
All files are all written on regular paper, kept off-journal and locked up in Mulder's room. For the most part they're just on basic, looseleaf paper, for the time being handwritten (woe for a computer!) and stuffed into folders. All the files are decently organized according to category and file number, despite sometimes differing in quality, depending on Mulder's mindset at the time (he's trying to be professional here, but damn is it easy to get personal when you don't have people to report to). Currently, one file is missing from the collection- the File labeled X-20071017- 4.
OOC notes are listed here and there as applicable and oocly links are provided to give a reminder/context for the events being described.
General Lucetian Files
Files relating to the regularly observed oddities of Lucetian life, rather than experiments themselves. These include anything with more long-term effects or events that are constantly ongoing, such as kidnappings, drafts, etc. Attacks are also included in this section of files since the war is an 'ongoing' event unrelated to experiments.

X-20071017- Individual Experiments/Abductions | Case Studies
Description: Abductions are regularly carried out by the Malnosso scientists, for a variety of purposes. These appear to utilize the 'shift' technology of the wide-ranging experiments, but on an individual scale.
Commentary: Descriptions and individual case studies to follow.
X-20071017-1
Number of Abduction(s): 1
Abduction Details: Unclear. Details were not recalled due to the subject's own return home some time following the abduction experience.
Post-Abduction Effects: Unclear.
X-20071017- 2
Number of Abduction(s): 1
Abduction Details: In the subject's own words: "They brought me into a room that was dark at first, but then turned bright as I was put into a chair. Then when I saw the people who brought me here, they all looked like doctors yet dressed more like surgeons. They said they wanted to do a test on my brain, which I tried to protest to, but they injected me with some kind of serum that caused me to go unconscious. When I came to, I was back in the village with no memories of Luceti. In actuality, I found out later that their brain test was basically to tinker with my memories since they made me forget I was ever in Luceti and that all of it was only a dream I was having."
Post-Abduction Effects: Loss of Luceti memories; duration of one week.
X-20071017- 3
Number of Abduction(s): 1
Abduction Details: Subject was returned bloody along with the aftereffect, according to a witness account.
Post-Abduction Effects: Blindness in one eye.
[X-20071017- 4] File Missing/Destroyed
[Subject: 4 [see attached notes]
Number of Abduction(s): N/A
Abduction Details: [Notes:] This account is a special circumstance, detailing a preliminary "mission", an infiltration of Malnosso facilities. I'm noting it here because it was brought up in the context of an abduction.
Villagers were informed about a kidnapping of several people in advance. A team was assembled to infiltrate the facility soon afterward. The idea was to gain insight into where we're taken during kidnappings, with a goal of eventually ending the kidnappings entirely.
Among the findings:
Post-Abduction Effects: N/A]
X-20071017- 5
Number of Abduction(s): 1
Abduction Details: Subject's words: "I was working in my lab. The next thing I knew, there were three droids in the room with me. I fought them... I don't remember being taken. When I came to I was in a cell. They drugged me, I lost track of time. They would wake me up, take me to another room and show me pictures of things. I woke up again and I was back in the village enclosure. I walked home. I had no feelings towards anything for a week. I didn't know anything was wrong with me until it was all over."
Post-Abduction Effects: Lack of feelings; duration one week.
X-20071017- 6
Number of Abduction(s): 2
Abduction Details: [Standard abduction scenario]
Post-Abduction Effects: [Temporary after-effects]
X-20071017- 7
Number of Abduction(s): 5
Abduction Details: The first time was a few weeks; almost a month. The second was just over a month, by almost a week. The third was for about a couple of weeks, and the fourth was about ten days. The fifth lasted almost a month and another person was taken and returned with the subject.
Post-Abduction Effects: First: wounded and exhausted, no other side-effects. Second time: the same, with more dizziness. Third: blind and unable to walk. Fourth: poison effect. Fifth: frozen solid upon return.
X-20071017- 8
Number of Abduction(s): 3
Abduction Details: Subject didn't have recollection of much that happened during the abductions.
Post-Abduction Effects: Aftereffects were noticed, including the heightening of his already present supernatural powers.
X-20071017- 9
Number of Abduction(s): 1
Abduction Details: Subject's words: "They took me away, did some experiments on me, then dumped me back here. If yer lookin' fer more specific details, all the scientists had their faces covered and the room was plain white with this bright light. Very clean, really clinical." The subject also remembered being shocked or electrocuted during his abduction.
Post-Abduction Effects: Fatigue.
X-20071017- 10
Number of Abduction(s): 1
Abduction Details: Subject recalled being taken and returned, but not what happened in between.
Post-Abduction Effects: Exhaustion.
X-20071017-11
Number of Abduction(s): 1
Abduction Details: My own personal recollection: I remember the droids coming in very suddenly, without any advance warnings or notice that they were on the way. I tried shooting at them, with no effects. My memories of the abduction itself are vague. I remember half-waking in a mostly dark room a few times, before passing out. No recollection of persons involved or experiments performed.
Post-Abduction Effects: I was returned suffering the effects from exposure to the green, toxic alien blood. It was nearly identical to my experience when I was exposed in Alaska years ago- the unusual rash on my face and skin, and overall weakness. Quick application of ice reversed the effects.
