This place was awesome in Fayt's opinion. Sure, the droid attacks hadn't been all that enjoyable or the shift that had finally dumped them all here, and there definitely had to be some ulterior motive for the mass kidnapping, but Fayt wanted to enjoy the entertainment upgrade while he could until the situation changed and he'd resolved to do just that.

Which means he's making the rounds. He's attempting to explore a bit of everything, often goading people he knows into coming along due to a nagging discomfort and though he wouldn't admit it, fear of being alone that's showed up in the past few days. He's managed so far to keep it under wraps around his friends, but it's a lot more difficult when there's so much he wants to check out. People who know him might notice he's being extra friendly, sticking close to friends and acquaintances alike rather than wandering off on his own most of the time, but he's trying not to make a big deal of it, determinedly rationalizing it's stupid. If anything, how foreign such a fear is almost as concerning as the fear itself. Overall? If he's met someone even once, they're liable to get bothered by him at some point. Even if they haven't, he'll be more than happy to chat with strangers.

in Casino Land on the 29th, Fayt wanders around the beach for a while dressed in a pair of sandals, shorts and a plain t-shirt. Might as well enjoy the weather, what with winter coming it wasn't liable to be this warm for a while, even if he was almost certain all this weather must be simulated somehow. Otherwise, he'll be poking his head about the casino curiously and checking out the buffet.

He ends up wandering into Bubble Land once on the 30th, during his exploring. After his initial disgust at the romanticization of it all, morbid curiosity ends up getting the better of him as he wanders this section of the park. What about all this was entertaining to these people? He was usually pretty accepting of different viewpoints, but this was.... frustrating, to say the least. So distracted by his thoughts, he doesn't even realize he's wandered into a marked off area until it's too late.

Soon after, some people might run into a small blue haired child, of about seven or eight years of age. He's quite a handful, darting in and out of the crowds, climbing trees and generally making a tiny nuisance of himself. Watch out, he might run straight into someone!

But overall Thrill Land is where he'll end up spending most of his days and time, and if he's not found elsewhere, he'll doubtlessly be found here indulging himself in fast rides. He's trying to ride as many of the rides that catch his eye as possible, and in between he can be caught grabbing a bite to eat or playing carnival games and actually doing pretty well for himself when it comes to winning prizes, accumulating quite a few that he really has no use for. He might end up dragging people on rides if they run into him here, or even cajole them into a game or three.

People might even end up with a stuffed toy or a won prize or two offered their way. Fayt doesn't really have any use for them, after all.]

While at the buffet, from a distance he may notice the plate of food that is almost comedically stacked like a one Scooby Doo may make being held by the odd velvet room attendant that liked to ask odd questions back at the home enclosure. Sitting down with a pair of chopsticks she tilts her head at the pile and ponders.

"Perhaps I should have gotten two plates."

That was.... a lot of food. Fayt eyes the stack a bit, making his way over curiously with his own plate of food to investigate. Nosy? Maybe. But there was no one around he knew and eating alone wasn't that appealing right now.

"This seat taken?"

She shakes her head and looks over, moving one of her plates to give him more space.

"Not as of yet, but if you like feel free to sit there."

She smiles and nods.

"If it's alright." He doesn't waste time sitting down, though, so clearly he was hoping for that answer.

"Trying to try a bit of everything?" He nods towards the huge amount of food.

"This place appears to be the moon and on my world there is a great monster sealed within. It would be poor form to go looking to see if all moons have this monster or only mine on an empty stomach."

"....There's a monster sealed in your moon?" The tone that he asks this with is slightly disbelieving.

"....I can tell you right now that ours doesn't have anything like that. We built a space colony there."

[This whole dark side of the moon business is rather irritating with her newfound fear of the dark. The casino's really the only place she feels comfortable, staying in the bright neon lights, so...dressed in her usual miko robes she's presently seated in a well illuminated part of the buffet. And Fayt is fairly familiar at least, so she waves as he passes near.]

Hello Fayt-san.

[Fayt was mostly absorbing the atmosphere of the buffet to deal with his own fear. It was a little less effective without anyone he knew around, but he'd been keeping himself occupied chatting with people from different enclosures. He felt a little less alone that way.

Seeing someone familiar, however, draws him right over, slightly more cheerful in relief.] Rei! Long time no see.

It has been a while, hasn't it? [She taps her chin thoughtfully, but smiles all the same.]]

Would you like to join me? The food is decent enough.

Sure thing. [He seems extra cheerful as he accepts her invitation, setting his tray of food down and making himself comfortable at the table across from her.

It was a lot less awkward eating with someone else right now, not that he'd admit it.]

[It's better this way for her too, being in a well-lit area]

So are you having a good time on this...vacation?

So far, so good. It's been ages since I've been to an amusement park. [Quirking a grin.]

I feel like we're waiting for the other shoe to drop though, getting dragged here like this.
