FOR GAME ADS: ➤ Put an ad up with the characters / crew / pairings / fetish you want for your game under the correct game header. This meme is primarily going to be focused on DWRP games but IJ and LJ games are allowed. ➤ PLEASE NOTE A RULE CHANGE HERE. ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding (no font size > size 4 or 3 "big" tags, no oversized banners (they must be 250px in height or less), no blinking text, no obnoxious table html that doesn't collapse easily, no sparklies, no large pictures). Use all the colors you like, but please remember 3 "big" tags is the limit and that's only for headers or title text rather than for all the text in an ad. FOR GAME QUESTIONS: ➤ RPers interested in a game can create a header for the game and ask questions about that game that aren't easy to find on faqs, such as the actual pace vs. what's listed/what kind of plots are run/if the game leans more towards plotty or slice of life/if a game leans more towards network or logs, etc. Both anon questions and anon answers are welcome in this section just like in the rest of the meme. ➤ This thread is not for speaking about wank or drama in a game. FOR CHARACTER ADS: ➤ Put up an ad about the characters you are offering. For PSL/1-on-1 ads, there is a separate subthread but for character ads for games, post directly to the meme post. Others will comment to you with the games/casts they want you to join. ➤ There is a "Find a Castmate" section, where you can talk about a cast you play in at a game, and try to lure people to join it. Not all games post to the meme or have a "wanted" section, so players that want to tempt people to their cast on their own can use this section for it. Please format this the same as the PSL/1-on-1 section, where you post the canons in your subject. For the actual text of the ad you must use the "Find a Castmate" form provided at the bottom of this post so that these ads don't get huge. When listing who's currently in a cast, please do this in sentence form (with commas) rather than in list form. ➤ ABSOLUTELY NO obnoxious coding, with the same rules as the Game Ads Section above. ➤ If you're recommending a game to someone, try to match your suggestion to their needs. Daybreak Academy is panfandom AU battle school roleplay following the students and teachers of the titular Academy. Ostensibly a rich private school nestled in the French alps, Daybreak is in truth a school for Candles, people who have exhibited growing supernatural abilities. Here, Candles are trained to combat the Nightfall, a prophesied time in which the sun will be blotted from the sky and dread monsters of the Outlands will once again roam it, bringing about the end of humanity. As the mists of the Outlands encroach ever further, Daybreak students must train and fight diligently to protect humanity and prepare. Night will fall soon, there isn't much time left.

Population: You is a hardcore horror game based directly on the Silent Hill video game series. Gameplay is split into two week-long modes, a "Daylight" level that focuses on wilderness survival, and a "Nightmare" level that focuses on encounters with the monsters of Silent Hill. Isometrical - A dystopian Dyson ring city game
After this, you find yourself back in a physical state. You are sedate and calm, taking in your surroundings with curiosity, without panic or distress. You are dressed in clean white robes, with any injuries having been miraculously healed. You awaken on a gurney and find yourself gazing at a logo that is displayed in your line of sight: SYNC.
It's not long before you realize the logo you have been viewing is a menu. You reach toward your eyes to find the source of the image and find a pair of glasses; dimly, you remember a gun being pressed to the base of your skull, and something being injected—a chip or some other device. You reach back to feel the injection point, but it is fully healed.
So begins your life on Isometrical, a segmented Dyson ring orbiting a white dwarf star in a faraway galaxy. The people here seem content to give up their personal autonomy for some personal safety, and they don't seem to mind bodily intrusions like having the network chip implanted.
The thing is that Isometrical seems to have many more secrets than the people who have lived here are willing to divulge. Will you be able to help discover them?
Isometrical is a panfandom sci-fi jamjar game with themes including political intrigue, personal autonomy, sociology, and religion. Actions taken by characters will determine the scope and pace of events, with puzzles to solve and mysteries to uncover.

Save Our Earth - an AU/mem-loss "reincarnated on modern day Earth" game
Because their old lives are starting to awaken within them, step by step returning to them what was once theirs: Memories, physical features, personality traits, abilities, items, and more. They return for a reason: Because the Earth beneath their feet is a living, sentient cosmic entity, and she needs their help. That is why she rescued them when their timelines ended and let them be reincarnated on their crust. That is why she is calling them back to whom they once were now.
And as they grapple with the fall-out from all that is changing about them, each and every one of them has to ask themselves the same question:
Save Our Earth is a plot-driven and player-choice dependent game, though SoL themes are possible and welcome.
Its genre falls between mem-loss and AU: All characters start out as complete AU-versions of their characters when they enter the game, yet as time proceeds they receive more and more parts of their OU-versions: Memories, physical features, personality traits, abilities, items and whatever else applies. This happens because characters are reincarnated into our modern world after the timelines of their canons have ended.

☼ The Far Shore ☽
People of the living world fear the dark and hide themselves.
People of the land of the dead slip into the darkness and dominate it.
People in the past said that one could meet apparitions at that time…
the time of disasters…'
There is more to this world than what we humans can see. We have glaring blind spots where creatures of the Far Shore lurk.
Often, they are content to let us live our lives peacefully, but there are dark beings among them - the ayakashi.
All bad things that happen in the world can be attributed to the taint of the ayakashi and though the gods fight
to vanquish these negative spirits, there are too many for any real progress to be made.
The gods themselves inhabit the Far Shore as well and stay away from the Near Shore - the world of humans - as much as they can.
However, they hear every wish and they are dedicated to their followers, doing whatever they can to fulfill the prayers
that are brought to them with the help of their divine weapons, the shinki. Shinki are departed souls turned to tools by the gods
themselves, made to serve. While they are similar to the ayakashi, shinki have been given human names, so that they may live
like humans, though not quite as humans.
Many of the gods continue to live simply because there are humans that believe in and pray to them. They are, in every sense, immortal.
Their physical bodies can be killed with great effort, but they will simply reincarnate after their death. Sometimes, the Heavens use
this to their advantage, killing off one incarnation of a god in order to birth a new generation that will be more willing to do
what the leaders of the Heavens want them to do. No one can ever quite grasp what it is that the Heavens are looking to accomplish,
but the general consensus is that they want to keep the peace between the Near and Far Shores.
Lately, though, the Heavens have taken their meddling up a notch. Not only are they executing gods from all over the world,
they are reincarnating those gods using the souls of sentient beings from every possible universe in existence, causing those beings
to be ripped from their homes and forcing them to become gods and confining them to only being able to enter a small portion of the
Near Shore - specifically Japan. Not only that, but in their attempts to bring over 'new' gods, they have dragged too many souls into their world.
These excess souls are being quickly named and turned into shinki which are then gifted and bound to the new gods.

These emotions are collected in special crystal amulets and it is this amulet that you will rely on throughout your stay. As you meet and interact with people, explore the world, and go about your daily life, it will fill with the various emotions you experience. Keep it close, for it may prove to be the key to returning home.
However, there's more to this world than meets the eye. With the appearance of giant, powerful, mythical beings called the Arehtei, it would appear that while the floating island is thriving, the rest of the world is in its death throes. Something tragic happened eight hundred years ago, a mystery that no one remembers but are determined to solve. It would seem that the path home may prove more difficult than anticipated, and may require some "emotional aid" on your part. Perhaps this is the very reason why you were brought here to begin with.
But there are too many unanswered questions, and with each one that is answered, more arise. The only clues you have are tied to your emotions—emotions strong enough to shake the very foundations of this world.
So keep an eye on how you and others feel. Who knows what will be revealed next?

Awash is a character driven panfandom game that welcomes canon and original characters and strongly encourages interaction and participation as effective methods to gradually restore color to a lifeless town. Every last bit of color depends on the characters themselves. In order to help accomplish this, there will be monthly events that combine whimsical elements with more than a hint of spine-tingling chills, drawing on folklore and fairy tale alike. Characters who wish to have any hope of returning home will first need to work together and strive to bring color to a town that needs them more than ever.

These days, not everybody washes ashore in Vandare. The Fog God and her capricious nature have started dumping people anywhere on the peninsula she thinks it'll be fun to end up at, including places like a corrupted killer forest and a town full of religious zealots. But waking up on the Ryslig peninsula, wherever on it that may be, is the least of your problems. As soon as you get your bearings, the humans who have been witnessing this pattern for nearly three years inform you there's something far worse on the horizon...
Ryslig is a panfandom horror game in which characters turn into monsters. The transformation process is often gruesome and painful, and comes with just as many mental changes as it does physical. What's worse, characters are forced to consume humans to survive. Solace may be found by following either of the gods warring for dominance of the peninsula, but there are also those who reject the conflict, turning to their fellow monsters for help. Can you maintain your humanity in a place bent on destroying it, or will you embrace wholeheartedly the nature of the beast?

You feel that something's... wrong. You don't quite remember what you were doing the moments before you now find your eyes trying to adjust to the darkness, the cold; you're somewhere underground, soldiers milling all around you. There are dog tags around your neck and some kind of digital imprinting on your wrist that seems to glow in the dark and reads: REGISTERED HERO.
"So, hero," says a woman's voice, her face in shadows as a machine hums into glowing blue life behind her. "You're about to be a part of something bigger than yourself; I hope you're up for it." Before you can answer, you're ushered somehow upward, leaving you with only her final words -- "Don't worry. We're the good guys." -- before you're enveloped in blue light and suddenly blinking the bright Florida sunlight from your eyes. A soldier escorts you to a car, where she proceeds to debrief you on the situation as she drives you to your lodgings. Your home, for now.
Settle into your new house, your new job, get used to your powers, make some friends, keep your ear to the ground. Or, if that's not your style, get your villain hat on and cause some real mayhem, or put on a costume and bring back the era of the caped crusader... just be careful how you do it. This is bigger than you, and you didn't ask to be recruited. What you do next is up to you.
