Accidental Video, unlocked to both courts, sometime during the event
[ The video flicks on to a song, soft and sweet and sad. The voice is familiar, it has been heard, in similar circumstances, before - the singer is also probably easily recognizable, and it is fairly obvious that the singer once again does not know that he is being recorded (this is something of a trend) There is a fearie who chitters at the screen before zipping off again ]
Hush now dear ones,
Rest your eyes
None will bring you harm
Sleep my sweet ones
Fear no noise
For I will keep you warm
[ It is a lullaby - an old one, sweet and gentle, but sung oh, so sadly. He wrote this, long ago for the youngest of his brothers, to keep them calm and help them sleep. He rewrote it, years and years later, when there was only one twin left, and sung it as a dirge. He rewrote it one final time, for twin peredhil boys, who he had stolen all joy from. He sings all three versions now, in a soft round, looping back on themselves - quiet peace, grief, and apology, all twining together to make something that says, as clearly as if he spoke the words:
I miss those days, when we were happy, for there is only sorrow now
Maglor is outside the station and he keeps his voice low, so as not to disturb those inside who might not want to hear one of the Feanorionnath. He does not look well (he will not fade, he promised, but he is so very close), but a bit calmer, perhaps (killing imps is good stress relief). He also has an audience which he does not appear to notice - namely, the faerie who turned on the locket (perhaps it was one of the Ainsel, before) ]

video;
She's been forcing herself to forgo sleep to prove that she can handle the trek. Who would have thought that Feanor has spurred her stubborn nature to prove herself.
She's only resting her eyes, she swears. ]
video;
Amused, he simply loops the tune around again and keeps playing, and perhaps it is a little less sad, this time ]
video;
You look content.
video
You look tired, Alice. Does father drive you all too hard?
video
[ She doesn't think so, but he is. ]
I don't want to slow anyone down.
video
[ because he knows his dad, okay ]
I doubt he would let you, Alice.
video
[ Not that she's really angry over it; she's been keeping her distance. She's tired, sure, but she's always tired. ]
video
video
Then I would say that you underestimate us. I've already done my fair share of defending myself against those imps and anything that has crossed my path.

[ It's freedom. It's overwhelming and daunting being thrusted in a new world, yet it is still freedom. To be locked away in a cell in Rutledge is worse than this. She suddenly has a face of someone who's seen a lot of things, cool and composed, even a little numb as she says it. There will always be worse things. ]
He gave me a fair warning and I keep it to heart. There are far worse things in this world.
video
There are. Well then, travel safe Alice.
video
May I ask you something, Mr. Maglor? Do you doubt me?
video
You? No. Tis not you I doubt, Alice.

video
I just had not thought to ever see him again.
video
[ Ah, yes, Feanor had bluntly stated he was dead, which is the last thing Alice wanted to here. The dead can come here and it has not stop making her nervous. She is oddly gentle about this, a son and a father get to see one another again and even as the words are not uttered, her impression is that it has been some time. Hardly ever optimistic, only for the sake of another, that's how Alice is. ]
He'll be happy to have you.
video
So strange it is, to have a father again. But yes, I suppose they do. I will... I suppose I will be happy to see him again.
video
[ At least he has a father, no matter how long it's been that he's seen him. She feels resentment for only a moment, before moving on. ]
Well, good.
video
Will you be well then, Alice?

1/2 - video
[ Although, hold that thought for just a minute, because Alice has dropped her guard in this conversation. The ainsels are beings that frankly get on her nerves, especially how little patience she has for them. Not only does she bolt up from a surprise swarm, she, in turn, turns into one.
A flash of bright blue butterflies as Alice materializes back into shape, viciously swiping at them with her vorpal blade until she can relax again. So much for a small nap, that'll leave her on edge. ]
video
[ She huffs, straightening up, smoothing out her dress. She just can't rest now, there's a lot of things out here that are pretty threatening. ]
Yes, maybe I'll see you at the station, Mr. Maglor.
video; you are just trying to get him to give you the right nickname
That... that is an interesting ability gwilwileth.
[ He was sure you are human. Aren't you? ]
video; blame feanor
video 4eva this is annoying to type; good plan
