[Are your characters around and about the plaza today? Or say, in the vicinity of the battle dome? The rec center? If you've answered to yes to one of the above, they might see one of these handy-dandy posters around advertising a certain New Feather Welcome Party (with all those caps, yes). If they're lucky, they might even catch Rise putting up one of these posters.
What do those posters say? Well, just that there's a New Feather Welcome Party on the 18th at 6 pm over at the New Feather Welcome Centre. Got questions? Send them to Rise Kujikawa.
The stationery's pretty fancy-cute, and it's straight forward enough, right? Or perhaps they don't see those-- totally cool, not everyone can read. Can they ignore a 5'2" girl walking up to them and going:]
Hi! Do you have a moment?
[She may have fliers. Though, those who've seen her around may notice something-- odd. Her pigtails are gone today and her hair's down and about her shoulders. Wonder why?]

[Someone's waiting for you to get back, Naoto. Best not to take too long.]
((ooc: There's no voiced section in this post today but please assume that she basically did her normal spiel! If you want to have your character react/respond to the voiced announcement, I don't mind threading that out as well too.))
