In Which the Supernatural is Ill-Defined
Alexia is a Preternatural! As mentioned, this means she a) has no soul and b) negates supernatural powers. In her canon, this specifically pertains to those who once has "excess soul" and then gave it up in exchange for . . . uh. Undeath, though that's a very rude way of putting it in her world.
She is explicitly stated to be able to do the following:
Vampires - loss of fangs, loss of supernatural strength, become "mortal" again and can be permanently killed
Werewolves - can't shapeshift, loss of supernatural strength/senses/etc, become "mortal" again and can be permanently killed
Ghosts - since ghosts are nothing but "soul," she exorcises them. forever.
I would like all of this to continue in camp, though of course I'll be in contact with anyone I play things out with. (And obviously nothing is permanent in camp) As far as loss of powers goes: Note that you will only be affected for as long as Alexia is touching you directly!
In addition to this, I'd love to play with anything supernatural that isn't a part of her canon! Zombies are a given, and if you'd like your dead-in-canon character to react similarly, that could be fun too. Arguably magic-users/psychics/etc could fall under the umbrella of using their "excess soul" while alive. (Work with me here.) So maybe she could stop someone from using their powers? I will not godmode anyone into this, but if you're interested please drop me a comment.
Characters who were never human would probably not be affected at all, but IF YOU WANT IT TO HAPPEN WE CAN MAKE IT SO.
If you'd like to help me by telling me what's special about your characters, and what you'd want to do about it, that would be awesome.

Mayumi is possessed by the kuchisake-onna. She is not aware of this fact! The spirit does not have any real dominance, consciously, though if Mayumi blacks out or dies then the woman takes over. I am really not sure how anything would work here 8|a

She has amped-up speed/strength, and super healing powers, as well as being able to hover.

Kuja is a Genome, and as such isn't human. However, one of the themes in his canon is the idea of souls, so there might be something there to be played with if you want?

And soul-plotting sounds promising too.

Awesome. :D If you want a basic rundown on how things in Kuja's canon go let me know.

Most of Raidou's demons are technically gods and/or other mythological figures (Dante is a special case, as he formed a pact with Raidou in camp, so you'd have to check with his player), so I'm wondering if it would be easier to have Alexia be able to affect Raidou directly, e.g. by "unsummoning" his demons.

Ankh: ... Haha. Oh boy. UH... THE SOUL THING MIGHT BE COMPLICATED? He was created from alchemy and is an embodiment of human desire. This covers most of the stuff about his abilities and what he is. His three core medals contain the characteristics of hawks, peacocks, and condors. Canon also compares core medals to how a stick is needed for a popsicle to stay together. The whole thing about being a Greeed is feeling like you have a void within you that might never be filled up. Just give me a heads up if something's about to happen. o/

.....and again I say: o you.

... sob. Stupid bird.

Maka's Soul Perception is not very well defined, but I'm assuming it's supernatural in some way, but you're also free to negate that should it come up.

Cindy is a fairytale princess/alien from another dimension if we're getting into the technical part. But she can't do magic herself despite the immortality and extra abilities.

Also, Alexia's reaction to her costume would be hilarious.

Asbel is a Tales protagonist and has a ridiculous excess of soul it's not even funny. He has his own, that of another being (that is essentially godmode) and ... the planet Fodra's in there. I defer to my cast as to whether Alexia can turn off Asbel's ability to use magic (as manipulation of eleth seems to be THAT THING EVERYONE CAN DO with varying degrees of success) but she can by all means turn off the other stuff going on. Asbel may not even notice.
Hope has magical powers because a bunch of godlike beings badtouched his soul. She can turn that off and Hope will actually be rather intrigued about it all.
Julian is technically not human in the strictest sense and his mutation is purely genetic rather than spiritual. I am pretty confident he has a soul, but I don't think that Marvel mutants fall under the categories you outline.
Peter got his powers through movie science and so probably don't turn off due to preternatural shenanigans. He is Spider-Man? Do I need to explain what Spider-Man is? I REALLY DOUBT THIS.
Ronan ...probably does. Ronan has magical powers because he promised the Powers that Be in his universe that he would use said powers to keep the universe running longer, in essence. He recognises that Alexia has no soul because he's seen it before and finds it rather unsettling. That said, her turning off his powers has hilarious implications for camp so if we do it we'll have to do it carefully.
Zachary isn't human and never was. lol homo magi.

Nico Robin would lose her bloomy power, Niche would lose her... hair thingy, and Troy would lose the ability to dream the dreams of air conditioners.

Schuldig is a telepath, and would be both intrigued and greatly disturbed by losing his powers.
Chitose... doesn't really apply, but I'd figure his weather sense would go away?
Eclipse. Is... uh. A demon, so. I figure he won't be affected?
Narushige N/A
Ash would lose his hypnotic powers?
Earth . . . UH. He's not ... human anyway.
Kakei . . . lol he wouldn't be happy.
Riddle ...okay so Riddle is. Not a ghost, but a dead once-human now a Death God? I'm unsure how it'd work out but LET'S PLAY.
Rosiel good thing he's never been human and won't be affected.
Shusei would... lose his Eye of God? Or something.
