[ The video opens on a dark-skinned, gold-eyed, cats-pupiled young man who's probably about 16 or so, looking very serious. You may've seen him around, or you may not have. He hasn't been very social since he arrived. ]

Hi. I just need to know if anyone has seen James Rogers recently. A little older than me, red hair, blue eyes. I haven't seen him in a couple of days, and I'm starting to get worried. If anyone has any information, I'd really appreciate it.

Where were they last seen?

Last time I saw him, he was heading to his room. Our rooms aren't too close, though, so I didn't see if he got there.

But it's not uncommon for people to just up and disappear for a bit here; it seems to be a common thing.

[Francis frowns. he's still trying to get used to James being older than him, and Azari being the same age. it's just too weird] Check the gardens?

[ shakes his head ] I did. I mean, unless he's lost in one of the jungle levels, which would be stupid of him since he isn't exactly suited for running around in a jungle alone.

Also I haven't seen him when I go running. [ Which is kind of a lot, because it helps keep him in shape, it distracts him from everything, and it makes him feel much more at home than hanging around in his room. ]

Think he just fell asleep in a closet somewhere then?

Seems about as likely as anything else.

I can start on one end of the ship if you want to start on the other?

Not by location, but if they utilise the network publicly, there's always the capacity to pick that up.

Which isn't much more useful if you're already looking online, really.

[sigh] Yeah. Basically my brother is an idiot and with his luck, he probably wandered off somewhere and got lost.

It's a big ship. Does he get lost often?

Not really, but he goes off by himself to think pretty regularly. Usually our safe range wasn't very large, so he wouldn't have had the chance to get lost.

I assume you've checked all his usual spots.

The ones I know. I haven't been here very long.

Maybe he'll turn up when he gets hungry.

Yes sir. I saw him off the other night when I headed to my room, and I haven't seen him since.

I have. He hasn't been active since then.

no chance he went off grid for a stroll?

He's been known to do it, but not for this long. He wouldn't be gone for more than a few hours, tops, not without letting someone know where he was going, or at least that he was going.

well, looks like time to start doing sweeps.
