second_first[Rei is sitting on her bed with her knees drawn up and her arms wrapped around her legs. The room is dimly lit except for light coming through a thin crack in her curtains. Her face is turned away from the camera as she looks out through the space in the curtains. The bandages she had been sporting as she moved through people's dreams are absent in reality, though there is mottled bruising on her forearms.]
So that is dreaming.
[She's silent and unmoving for several long moments.]

[She goes back to staring out the window. The feed times out.]
