So I was extremely lazy and didn't do any drawing, just clip art arranging, but: concept?

A circle to symbolize that we don't want any factions, hourglass for time travel element, clock with no hands for calendar revolution, and raven feathers if anyone in our rebellion has heard of Cheris our beloved raven general.

Possibly too complicated for easy ascii translation; I was looking at the complexity of the existing heptarchate logos. I can come up with a simplified version too. And also.... clean this up... if people like it (it's SO lazy right now lol)

But also this is just one idea and I didn't put that much effort into it.

I'm going to let y'all decide on this as long as it, you know, doesn't involve X-rated things. ;)

It looks really neat and I love the integration of the different concepts. My one concern is that at a small size (e.g. DW icons are 100x100 pixels, if people want to have this available as an icon with your permission) the many elements might make it hard to "read" visually?

Wow, the raven feathers look really sharp! I like that a lot.

I'm counting three different time references (hourglass, clock markings, radial feathers); we could easily kill one or two.

Also, I think the high calendar has a 25-hour day, so you're not locked into twelve-fold symmetry on the clock unless you want to be? (If you want to keep it, it would be funny if there was a "leap hour" every night, or had been one before they outlawed watches.)

[Confirming that by Cheris's era, anyway, the hexarchate has 25-hour days and 100-minute hours. I hate dealing with timekeeping, funnily enough, so I didn't go into details beyond that.]
