When's the last time anybody actually got a reply to a support e-mail?

Never. I tweet them instead. They don't reply, but the problem I tweet them about is usually fixed within a couple of hours.

It's a problem with one specific e-mail/account so I can't exactly tweet them personal info.

I've tried that. Not only don't they reply, but they also never fix the problem I tweet them about :(

To be honest, I am not sure I think they even read what we mail/tweet them, and if things are fixed shortly after, I am starting to suspect it's a coincidence.
